The property includes a one-acre lake, walkways, woods, and areas of rest and meditation. The main residential building includes a comfortable lake view, lounge/meeting room with a large fireplace and grand piano, patio, central dining room, 30 apartments, guest room and an exercise area with a "hobby corner" and a library in the basement. Other facilities include: The Assisted Living which is an attached wing to the main building (licensed at 38 beds), one log cabin, and ten cottage/duplex units located around the lake.
