The Health and Rehabilitation Center, a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility with 174-beds, focuses of the household model of care and provides a full array of services personalized to serve the needs of each individual. The design features both private and companion suites with private baths. Areas within the Health Center are dedicated for short-term rehabilitation, memory support and long-term care.
