The Pavilion is located in the main building and offers catered living options in one or two-bedroom apartments designed for those that desire independence, but who may no longer want the household responsibilities of cooking and cleaning. Assisted Living opportunities are also located within the Pavilion and are available for those needing a more supportive lifestyle with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and medication management.
The Health Center, a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility, focuses on the household model of care and provides a full array of services personalized to serve the needs of each individual. We value a person-centered approach to care in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Health Center includes short-term (transitional) rehabilitation, memory support and long-term care. Led by a team of dedicated professionals we provide a comprehensive approach to healthcare.
