Porters Neck Village is located on a 58-acre wooded site in the Porters Neck area of Wilmington, less than one-half mile from the intracoastal waterway, just northeast of the Wilmington city limits. The site has frontage on Porters Neck Road and is located on adjoining property to the Cornelia Nixon Davis Health Care Center (CND) and Champions at Porters Neck Assisted Living facility, along Champ Davis Road. The community has 90%, 50%, and traditional refund contracts.
Residents are entitled to lifetime access to the adjacent Champions Assisted Living or the Davis Health Care Center, or an alternate assisted living or health care facility which we own or with which we may contract to provide these services on an interim basis, if residents are no longer capable of living in their residence.
