Searstone is built on 75-acres of former family farmland located in the heart of Western Cary. The community has transformed the natural land into a mix of public and private spaces for residents to enjoy. The 4.5-acre lake and abundant wooded space provide several different walking trails. Searstone is a new urbanist community providing residents with convenience and independence for the adult who does not want to be secluded from the rest of the world.
